Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters at Pixmize.
This policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how users can make informed choices while using Pixmize.
Information We Collect
Pixmize may collect information users provide directly, including contact form details, account registration information, newsletter email addresses, and support messages. Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, page URL, and time of visit may be used for security, troubleshooting, analytics, and service improvement.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide website features, respond to messages, manage accounts, send requested updates, prevent misuse, improve performance, understand tool usage, and maintain a reliable user experience.
Uploaded Images and Local Processing
Pixmize image editing tools are designed primarily for client-side processing in your browser. When you crop, resize, compress, convert, or create a PDF from images, the selected source images are loaded into the browser workspace so the tool can preview and generate the requested output locally on your device.
Pixmize does not need to permanently store your original uploaded images for the core editing workflow. For mobile-friendly downloads, a generated output file may be temporarily handed to the server only after you request a download, so the browser can receive a normal file attachment. Temporary generated downloads are pruned automatically. Users should avoid processing files they do not own or do not have permission to edit.
Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
Pixmize may use first-party cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences such as theme choice, support login sessions, protect forms, measure performance, and improve reliability. Your browser settings can be used to block or delete cookies, although some account or form features may not work correctly without them.
Pixmize uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website usage and may use Google AdSense or other Google advertising services to display, personalize, limit, and measure ads. Google and other advertising partners may process data such as IP address, device information, browser signals, page visits, ad interactions, cookies, and advertising identifiers according to their own policies.
Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies for personalized ads, non-personalized ads, frequency capping, fraud prevention, reporting, and ad measurement. Where required, users may be shown consent choices for advertising cookies and personalized ad processing.
Google Advertising Choices
Users can learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services by visiting Google's partner sites policy. Users can manage ad personalization through Google Ad Settings and can manage cookies in their browser settings.
Newsletter and Contact Choices
Users can unsubscribe from optional newsletter updates and can contact Pixmize for privacy-related questions through the contact page. Contact and support messages are used only to respond to the request, improve support quality, and protect the website from spam or misuse.
Policy Updates
Pixmize may update this policy when tools, analytics, advertising, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page.
