PDF Guide
How to create a PDF from images online.
Turn photos, scans, receipts, notes, and document images into one organized PDF file that is easier to share or print.
When to use image to PDF
A PDF is useful when several images belong together, such as scanned documents, application pages, receipts, project references, or photo sets that need a single shareable file.
Step-by-step PDF process
1. Upload your images
Open the Images to PDF tool and add all images you want in the document. Use clear source images for the best PDF result.
2. Arrange page order
Drag images into the correct order. Put cover pages, IDs, receipts, or numbered scans exactly where they should appear in the final PDF.
3. Choose page settings
Select the page size, orientation, margin, and fit option. Use portrait for documents and vertical images, and landscape for wide screenshots or charts.
4. Generate the PDF
Click Generate PDF after reviewing the order and settings. The tool creates a single PDF from the selected images.
5. Download and review
Download the PDF and open it once to confirm page order, readability, and spacing before sending it to someone else.
Practical tips
Crop document images before creating a PDF if there is extra background. Use consistent orientation for a cleaner document. Remove wrong images before generating the PDF.
Better PDF readability
Use high-contrast source images when the PDF contains text, IDs, notes, or receipts. If a scan is tilted or has too much background, crop or rotate it first so the final PDF looks more professional.
Choosing page settings
A4 is common for documents, Letter is useful for US-style paperwork, and Auto can help when images have mixed shapes. Margins make documents easier to print, while no margin works better for full-page visuals.
